We’ll welcome you to relax at the Townhouse with a healthy juice and relaxed socialising session, you’ll then be guided through a wellbeing-boosting yoga session with Sally Talal. Before a delicious, healthy lunch at our restaurant Claudette, Maude Hirst will talk you through a meditative Oracle Card session.
Finally, we’ll end the day with a goal-setting workshop with Maude, leaving you feeling ready to take on whatever the world can throw at you with purpose and calmness.

About Sally Talal
Sally is a dedicated yoga teacher who began her journey in 2005. She is passionate about creating inclusive and welcoming spaces, where people can find healing connections within the mind, body and spirit.
Sally believes in the transformative, explorative power of yoga as a journey of self-discovery and growth, encouraging students to embrace life’s experiences with openness.
About Maude Hirst
Maude is an actor turned meditation facilitator, on a mission to make meditation accessible to everyone through EnergyRise.
Maude encourages her clients to switch off from the external world and discover learning strategies to rebuild, remain calm and prioritise wellbeing. Maude is trained in meditation, yoga and intuitive movement meditation and Theta Healing.
Maude recently published a deck of Oracle Cards called ‘Intuitive Whispers’, which she uses to guide mindful sessions about learning to develop intuition through meditation.
