Eleanor’s new book talks about the lessons she’s learned from the ‘mayhem and magnificence of midlife’.
At 49, Eleanor was abruptly made redundant from her job, leaving her without purpose, identity, and her family’s main source of income. Losing everything she’d built for the last 25 years, she quickly noticed she wasn’t alone- so many women her age were where going through huge, life-altering events.
So, she set up noon.org.uk, an online platform and community supporting women pivoting in mid-life. Part inspiration, part memoir, Much More to Come is a celebration of these experiences, supporting women in the same situation- and showing them they’re not alone.

About Eleanor
Eleanor Mills is an award-winning editor, journalist and writer, a diversity campaigner and entrepreneur. She is the Founder and Editor in Chief of noon.org.uk a platform for women in midlife - she calls them Queenagers – which is dedicated to challenging gendered ageism and changing the cultural narrative about the later stages of women’s lives to something more positive and fit for purpose.
