AllBright's International Women's Day Step Forward Summit will unite over 200 business leaders, gender equality champions, and industry experts for a landmark series of roundtables and keynote speeches, unrivalled networking opportunities and brand activations, plus pop-ups, in partnership with Pandora, Rituals and Boden.
Throughout the day, experts and thought-leaders such as Katie Piper OBE, Author, Broadcaster & Philanthropist as well as psychotherapist Anna Mathur; Monroe Bergdorf, British entrepreneur & founder of the MOBO Awards, Kanya King, CBE; and award-winning comedian Viv Groskop (plus many more) will challenge the barriers women face, that have been created by unwritten power structures and leaders will uncover how women can unveil their own power, to not only thrive but set a new standard for women in the workplace.

What do businesses need to do to empower female executives? How do we remove the gender health gap?
