Balancing demanding careers and business needs alongside other responsibilities means that making time to be at our best mentally, can often take a backseat. Yet, in order to reach our career ambitions, we know that feeling our best goes a long way. We want to help you carve out time to reset.
Specifically designed to alleviate the mental and physical toll of a high-pressured life, AllBright’s Live Well Retreats will reset your body and mind for the rest of the year to come.
Begin your day with energising morning yoga lead by Clare Evans to focus your body, clear stagnant energy and return to a place of peace and restoration for the day ahead. We will then be joined by Jasmin Harsono, founder of Emerald +Tiger for an immersive energy and sound meditation to help soothe and relax you. Give your entire body space to surrender and receive the vibrations of carefully considered therapeutic sound tools that will heal and nurture the body, which will help you disconnect from any stress you may be feeling.
Post morning session, you will enjoy a healthy and delicious lunch at AllBright’s Claudette. A healthy offering of sharing plates and salads to provide a nutritious energy boost and a chance to connect with fellow ambitious women.
After lunch we will focus on revitalising our mental health, with holistic group coaching, led by Carolyne Creed, to transform our minds and create clarity. Carolyne will explore the above and below the line behaviours that shape our reactions and connection with others, to help us to unpack their impact and learn how to shift them. The session will:

Yoga: Rise with Intention Flow
The Yoga session will be an opportunity to cultivate, tune in and observe the shifts in the body as you dive into an hour of movement. We use the breath to guide us through the asanas as we work with balance and strength as well as cultivating a deeper sense of self awareness and self reflection through the practice and the power of movement.
This practice is an opportunity to spend a little bit more time on your mat and use that time to connect to all the different parts of yourself. This class is all about celebrating the whole of you. All of the parts of you. The class will caterer for all levels and beginners are encouraged to join.
Guidance for Sound Bath Session
It is advisable to avoid eating a heavy meal or drinking alcohol before tuning in to a sound meditation. Pregnant women in their 1st trimester or those with pacemakers should avoid it. Sound and vibrations may affect those with sound-sensitive conditions or with metal implants. If you have any questions or concerns or have a mental health condition that is not under supervision, please seek medical advice before attending.

Clare's Bio
I’m a London based Vinyasa yoga teacher with a passion for cultivating embodiment, self awareness and self discovery within my lessons. I love to share the practice of yoga, breath work and meditation as a tool for a deeper, more connected and conscious way of living.
Within my lessons I love to weave through a thread of modern philosophy to create more depth to the practice and bridge the gap between this beautiful ancient practice and our modern lifestyles. I believe that by harmonising both conscious movement and breath-work, it has the power to unlock and unblock so much for everyone. My classes are designed to bring an element of self awareness, joy and playfulness to nurture the mind and body through this all encompassing practice.

Jasmin Harsono, a distinguished multi-sensory artist, author, and guide specialising in healing and sensory experiences, founded Emerald and Tiger, a wellness brand established in 2017, offering corporate wellness services and brand activations. Additionally, she is the visionary behind Feels Space, a platform that further explores healing and sensory encounters through pop-up immersive spaces and certified soundscapes. Her unique approach seamlessly blends ancient practices with contemporary living, guiding individuals to reconnect with their true state of being. She utilises energy, sound, and voice in her transformative work and provides one-to-one and group support. Carolyne's Bio
Carolyne is a founder, holistic leadership coach, consultant and facilitator dedicated to helping more women own their power, prioritise their pleasure and create sustainable success without burning out.
A former Chief People Officer and Board Member, Carolyne has two decades of experience working in both the personal and organisational development field. During her corporate career, Carolyne led transformational change programmes and built award-winning teams and cultures. Today, she runs a people development consultancy and designs and facilitates leadership programmes, retreats and coaching containers. Carolyne collaborates with leadership teams spanning from startups to Fortune 500 companies.
Her work has been featured in various publications such as Bloomberg and includes talks and workshops for notable names such as Google and HR Magazine. A compere for the Do Lectures and guest lecturer on an MBA programme, Carolyne is passionate about changing how we do business.
